I had to share this as it was on my mind all night……

I seen a friend of mine’s status on facebook last night saying something regarding the Miller case and it just got me thinking!!!!!!  I haven’t thought about this in awhile and decided to google it and see if any head way had been made.  I came across a few links one is from “injusticebusters” where it explained the Miller case.

I have copied and pasted the link so those of you not famiiar with the case can read it for yourself……I was at this party this night and wish to God I had seen something to help Clayton’s murders be brought to justice, but I didn’t :(   I wish someone that knew something would come forth, this poor family not only lost their son but has been put through the ringer by authorities who were suppose to protect their son……..not KILL HIM!  I truly believe Clayton was beaten and murdered and it was covered up by the New Waterford Police, major, doctors and for goodness sakes who knows who else!

Now this next link…

*******BE-WARNED there are photos of Clayton from the morgue……I found them very disturbing so please make sure if you do view them that no children are around……..and prepare yourself they are not easy to look at……but I think it’s important for people to see what Clayton looked like as this just supports the theroy he was beaten!  I mean look at this poor kid, you don’t need to be a brain surgeon to figure it out!

Please pray for JUSTICE for this family……and for Clayton Miller, 17 years old-life stolen way too soon!

************THERE IS A PETITION FOR CLAYTON THAT EVERYONE CAN SIGN.  I ASK THAT YOU PLEASE READ THE INFO AND IF YOU COULD PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION FOR JUSTICE FOUND HERE:

Online petition – Clayton Miller Petition For Justice

These creeps that did this to Clayton can only run for so long……they may get away with it here on earth but we all have to face our Creator someday………even if we don’t believe in God it doesnt matter we will all find out in the end he is REAL and in the END we NEED to answer for our actions and HE WILL HOLD US accountable!!!!!!!!!  Hell is real and it will be worse punishment for them than anything they would recieve here on earth!

Please keep Clayton Miller and his family in your prayers……..

pray for Justice and peace for this poor family!

Hi Tesa; I just don’t know how to thank you for being kind enough to show your support for our desperate cause. I vowed 18 years ago, to never give up fighting for justice for my nephew. I saw a few names from Rocky Mountain House. on Clayton’s petition; just couldn’t figure out the connection…..figured it was member/s of the unsolvedcanada.ca site. However, I accidentally stumbled into your site while checking out those who viewed my space….you site came up on the same search page. I’m going to read all your stuff. I wondered if you know Maureen, Clayton’s mother.
Anyway, my friend, again I am so grateful you are speaking up for Clayton in your area. I started the petition in Sept. and so far only have just over 100 signatures. I figured we would get a lot more through the unsolved site, but seems there are more snoopers and tirekickers than anything else reading our stuff. I hope you visit unsolvedcanada.ca and also my personal space http://lostlinganer.spaces.live.com/ I get as many as 100 hits some days on my site, but nobody leaves a comment or signs the guestbook. I would love if people would leave a message anywhere on my space….and I love to display pics of anyone living away. I haven’t been on the space that long, but did start a “down memory lane” of pics from my childhood in Lingan. ….giving away my age here…. maybe you know my son Jude Taylor….or my daughter Ruth Taylor – Jude married Juanita Rizzo and Ruth married Floyd Smolensky.
Thanks again and please keep spreading the word about Clayton and his Petition for Justice. I’m more than proud to have made your acquaintence on here.

    Hi Tesa,
Thank you for the support you are giving to Clayton and his family. It is greatly appreciated.
I am Clayton’s Mom and as you probably know, we have
been fighting for justice since this happened and still we cannot find anyone with integrity to do what is right.
There were a lot of teenagers at the nest that night that were scared of what was happening. They recieved a real eyeopener that Sunday when Clayton’s body was found. The teenagers
lost any respect they had for the police that weekend and to this day they still don’t trust the police or the system.
Thank you again for your support and please ask you
family and friends to read the info on unsolved murders
and consider signing the petition if they want justice.
    Take care,
    Maureen

Tesa; This thread started on the Cape Breton site a few days ago; I don’t expect to see very kind remarks, however, because years ago (in the nineties) both Maureen and I were in this site and the contraversy about Clayton’s murder started a real attack against her and I because the local cops and so many of their friends and allies belonged to the site. However, we had great support from a retired policeman from the Valley who knew all about the corruption and the efforts of the late Ed Mac Neil of the Nova Scotia Police Commission who litterally gave the latter years of his life to trying to put a stop to the local police brutality and corruption at the time.

A safe and blessed holiday is my wish for you and yours Tesa…. and peace and good health to all.
Clayton’s Facebook page has grown to just about 1500 members in a matter of weeks. The Petition, however, only has- just short of 400 signatures. Needless to say, this is a reflection of people’s hesitation to stand up and be counted when police are involved in such a dubious way. God Bless the people who did show their support in joining facebook all the same.
