One year already!!! July 29, 2008

Today marks one year since my beautiful Auntie Jane Ann (Dad’s sister) had her life stolen away by cancer.

  

I have no idea where the time has gone but you will never be taken from our memories.  I think I speak for all when I say that you will forever be missed and forever loved by all who knew you.

A final pic……..this picture was taken on July 26, 2007 and she passed away 3 days later on July 29/07!

Whenever I smell Noxzema I think of my Auntie Jane Ann.  That smell triggers memories of her in my mind…..no matter where I am if I walk by someone wearing it I think of her.  We all love you so much and miss you more and we look forward to seeing you again in Heaven!

WOW 40 YEARSSSSSS!  That is one LONG LONG TIME Congrats MOM & DAD we love you so much and hope that you have many more years together!  You both are two of the most amazing, kind, loving, giving, caring, thoughtful, sweet, fun, awesome, genuine and just darn GREAT parents and grandparents EVERA!  You mean the world to us, you have always been there for us and thank you is just never enough but until we win the lotto it has to be haha WE LOVE YOU MOM N DAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the day I was born (not that I rem but from what Mom says haha) my Auntie Meme was spoiling me.  She would sneak into my parents house and “steal” me out of my crib or stroller or where ever my Mom put me haha…….maybe it was on the floor goodness knows where Mom let us kids sleep haha.  She would take me and go up two houses to my Nana’s (my moms mother and aunties mother) and they would play with me, spoil me and prob kiss my face off I don’t rem.  Heck maybe they just tortured me I’m really not sure haha!  My Auntie Meme moved to Toronto when I was young and every year she would come for a visit and I would just be waitinggggggggggggg for her……her visits I knew would be awesome and fun!  She always brought me tons of presents, clothes and whatever cuz I was like the only gurl around for awhile.  She would spend most of her time taking me places, doing my hair (gesh rem the hours you spent on putting lil braids in my hair? lol).  She was such a fun, loving and awesome Aunt.  As I got older she was not just the fun Auntie anymore she became a great friend!  I could spend HOURS on the phone with her talking about anything or nothing.  She is an amazing women who loves her family and would do anything for them. 

She always went out of her way to make me feel special and that is something I will always rem.  Time is the most important thing you can give any child………time time time!  Money is something that is forgotten but the TIME you put in with a child is something no kid can forget…….i was so lucky to have not only a Mom who was always there but a wonderful Auntie who would sweep me away from my 3 brothers and have one on one time with me……….I LOVED IT and I LOVE YOU AUNTIE MEME!!!!!!!!  I would totally love for you to share some funny and maybe not so funny stories with us haha……..you and Mom prob have quite the stories so lets here some

The Fishing Adventure :) July 20, 2008

Well here are some pics that I took with my lil digicam of our fishing adventure.  As you can see somebody got something HAHA yes yes I do realize how big it is and that’s why we set the lil guy free lol.  Even though we caught nothing to take home we had fun.  It was awesome spending time with my Dad, I miss him when he’s away plus I love spending time alone with him.  The scenery was awesome I took some other pics with my bigger camera that I will post another time   We seen a few deer and Dad seen some kind of cat…….not sure if it was a link or what! 

Yap that was the BIG catch of the day LOL…but did I tell you we had FUN? Thanks Dad for the great day we have to do it more often

Will n Mommy Time… July 18, 2008

Will and I had some mother/son time today and was the best day of my holidays yet and we didn’t really do anything haha.  We just spent time together, he was SUPER well behaved and we just had the best laughs together.  I think he must have missed me last night.  Last night Duddy took the girls and Will out to their camp site at Cow Lake (about 20mins from town) and they spent the nite in his trailer.  I was home all alone last nite it was so weird as JD was working nights.  My baby boy came home missing his mama   the girls stayed with their Dad at camp and are spending a few more nights there before we head to Calgary for some fun at Callaway Park!!!! 

Anyways Will and I did some shopping for Grandma  & Grandpa’s 40th Anniversary coming up on July 27!  Wow it’s the big RUBY Anniversary for those love birds haha…..40 years I can’t even imagine it LOL geee it’s kinda crazy and I’m feeling scared haha!  Anyhoo got the love birds their ruby gift and then of course lil will had to get himself stuff and I bought myself a chocolate color throw for my new sofa haha….nothing exciting that’s for sure!

I just loved spending the day with my lil man I am trying to make time for each of the kids as ALONE TIME!  Kelsi and I spent the day together last month, Will this month and now Kendall is next……although she is never thrilled to spend anytime with anyone LOL.

I am going fishing in the morning with my Daddy, father/daughter time!  I love spending time alone with my Dad I love him so much!  I love just hanging out with him, I seem to learn something new everytime we are together, he is a wealth of information and I love hearing about things I really don’t know much on (fishing/hunting) haha.  He says I don’t NEED a chair to go fishing LOL everytime I ever went fishing I USED A CHAIR!!!!!!!  My idea of fishing is sitting ON MY CHAIR in the sun waiting on the fish with my line in the water and a cold beverage in my cup holder (this could be the reason why I have NEVER EVER caught a fish EVER).  I guess that’s not his idea lol he makes it sound like work……..does he know I’m on holidays??????  I hope he goes easy on me haha!!!!! 

Mom gets to spend sometime with Will tomorrow morning as he will be hanging with her and not going fishing with us.  We are going towards the mountains a bit to Fish Lake so it would be too long of a day for the lil guy.  He loves spending time with Grandma and is excited to see her tomorrow!

Well have a great night everyone and remember…….life is too short to hold grudges so forgive, forget and accept everyone’s differences for what they are…….unique!!!!!  Whether you agree or disagree everyone has the right to his/her opinion and even if they make a choice on something you don’t like or agree on, it’s their choice so accept it and love them no matter what! 

You should always leave loved ones with loving words.  It may be the last time you see or talk to them!

Wii Fit July 17, 2008

Well the girls wanted Wii fit for grading so we finally got one last week at Zellers.  We did get one the first day they came out (girls were not here) but William wouldn’t let anyone play and wanted to jump on it so we sold it to someone else who really wanted one and decided to wait to get one until hes a good boy haha…….realizing hes related to his father so he may never be good the girls begged us to get this for them so off they went with JD to Zellers and lo-n-behold they had just gotten some in   I have to say Will is behaving a bit better and the girls love it, especially Kelsi she was up late last nite playing it haha.

Will is telling me in this pic hes gonna jump on the board and I told him if he does I’m gonna jump on his head LOL…….he said “you can’t do that mama I call da cops” lol GREAT!!!!!

There’s mr. comfort and his son right after we got the sofa, he couldn’t even take the plastic off the foot rest yet LOL……..he must find it comfortable as well fell asleep on it the other nite haha.

Ohhh by the way here are a few snaps of the chair OUTSIDE that I threw out LOL.  It was my grandmother’s chair (that’s crazy eh?) If she could see it now she would die all over again lol.

Comfort! July 16, 2008

Well JD’s lazy-boy broke and there was NOWAY he could go without it right?  I mean he’s a man about comfort LOL.  So we went yesterday shopping for a new one but I talked him into this instead haha.  The left side there is a lazy-boy and the foot rest comes out and the other side of course is MINE haha.  Although when we watched a movie last night I wasn’t in MY SPOT!  He says its his now

We will be moving in a few months and I wanted to wait until then but he just couldn’t go without comfort I guess haha.
